Not
forgotten. The bronze plaques lining the second floor hallway
contained the names of the Denver men who made the supreme
sacrifice in WW I,II and the Korean conflict. |
The
largest public room accommodated 350 persons for dinner and
nearly 1000 if setup as an auditorium. Bi-weekly Post meetings
were held here |

The
busy dining rooms served 500 people a day for lunch and dinner |

The parking
lot behind the Post Home could accommodate 250 cars and
was staffed by attendants during the busy hours, |

6 nights a week, the bar and cocktail lounge were a popular
Denver spot. |
